Every item is printed to order just for you, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We do fix anything that is our fault — fast and free.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email support@moviemusicmemories.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (print, garment and shipping label). We will send a replacement at no cost, or refund you in full if you prefer. No need to ship the item back.
Wrong size
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will produce the correct size for you at a reduced exchange rate (you cover return shipping of the original item, unworn and unwashed, and we print the new one free). Check the Size Guide before ordering to avoid the wait.
Order cancellation
You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing the order. After that your item is already in production and cannot be cancelled.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (US) or 20 business days (international) we reprint and reship free of charge, or refund you — your choice.
What we cannot accept
- Returns because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong colour, or dislike the fit after wearing.
- Items reported more than 7 days after delivery.
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
- Parcels refused or returned because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout (re-shipping fee applies).
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days, depending on your bank.
