Shipping rates
- United States: flat $5.95 standard shipping; free on orders over $60.
- International: calculated at checkout by destination, typically $9.95 – $14.95.
Production time
Every item is printed to order. Production takes 2 – 5 business days before the parcel ships (up to 7 business days during November–December). Orders with several items may ship in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Estimates are in business days from the order date and exclude customs delays, holidays and weather events. They are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel ships. Follow it on our Track Order page. Tracking can take 2 – 4 days to show its first scan after dispatch.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can change an address before dispatch — email us right away. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it, and parcels returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will need a new shipping fee to be re-sent.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are charged by the carrier on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare values.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days (US) or 20 business days (international), email support@moviemusicmemories.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, reprint and reship it free of charge.
