How do I order?
Pick a design, choose style (tee, V-neck, long sleeve, hoodie), colour and size, add to cart and check out. You get a confirmation email immediately.
Can I change or cancel?
Because each item is printed for you, changes and cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of ordering. Email support@moviemusicmemories.com with your order number.
Can I order several designs at once?
Yes — and US orders over $60 ship free. Items may arrive in separate parcels.
Sizing & product
How does sizing run?
Standard unisex fit, true to size. See the Size Guide for chest and length measurements. Between sizes? Go up.
What is the fabric?
Tees, V-necks and long sleeves: 100% ringspun cotton (heather colours 90/10 or 50/50 blend). Hoodies: 50/50 cotton-poly fleece, lined hood, front pouch pocket.
Will the print fade or crack?
We use water-based inks cured into the fabric. Wash inside out in cold water, tumble low or hang dry, and do not iron the print. Treated that way, the print outlasts the shirt.
Is the colour on screen accurate?
Very close, but screens differ. Colour names follow the blank manufacturer’s standard names (e.g. Sports Grey, Forest Green, Carolina Blue).
Shipping
How long does it take?
2 – 5 business days to print, then 5 – 10 business days in the US, 7 – 25 international. Full table on the Shipping Policy.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide with tracking. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will check.
Where is my tracking?
It is emailed when the parcel ships and can be entered on the Track Order page. Allow 2 – 4 days for the first scan.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Printed-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind. Wrong size — we exchange within 7 days of delivery. Defective or wrong item — we replace it free. Details in Refund & Returns.
Payment
What can I pay with?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay and the other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers; we never see or store your card number.
